What do we do?

Global Communication Center, LLC is a virtual call center partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions. The Arise platform allows us to provide customer service contracts to contractors who want to work at home and earn extra revenue. We do not partner with contractors who live in the following states.

MD, CA, NY, WI, CT, OR, and MA

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and a citizen of the United States. Bilingual French and Spanish agents are welcome to apply.  

How Does It Work?

Contractors who are interested in working at home will have to go through a short online qualification process. This process includes a voice assessment, language assessment, and background check before enrolling in the client's eLearning certification course. Certification courses can last anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on the client. You can start earning revenue during the live call taking phase of the eLearning course. Once you've successfully passed the course you can create your schedule every week using a flexible online scheduling system.

Customer Service

We're seeking professional customer support agents who can provide white-glove customer support services to some of the leading Fortune 500 companies in the nation. Our clients include healthcare, telecommunications, automotive, theme parks, roadside assistance clients and more. 

Technical Support

We offer technical support positions for those who are tech-savvy. Assist customers with troubleshooting, computer repairs, password assistance, download assistance and more. Partner with our cable and internet provider if you have previous experience in the technical or utility fields. 

Sales

Provide top notch customer service while earning additional revenue by offering exclusive packages or promotions. Put your sales skills to use with one of our many clients on the Arise platform.

How do I register With Your Call Center?

 

Start by creating a profile with Arise. Once you complete your profile you'll be asked to select a call center from the list or enter a call center company ID. You'll need to enter 194879​ then click the magnifying glass.  Global communications, LLC will populate then you will send us a request to join our call center. Once we receive your request one of our staff members will follow up to help you start the process. 

What Happens After I Complete The Registration?

 

Our call-center provides a list of Fortune 500 clients to choose from. Once you select a client you'll go through a quick online qualification process. This process includes a voice assessment, technical check, and language assessment. Once you've successfully completed the steps you can enroll in our online training class to get you prepared for your first call.

Requirements

Computer

All laptops and desktops must meet Arise's minimum system standards and are scanned for compatibility. Agents must service on the computer they use to perform the PC Scan at time of enrollment. 

USB headset with microphone (required for Certification)

Logitech, Plantronics, Microsoft, or similar brands recommended. Suggestions: • Plantronics PLNAUDIO478 USB • Logitech USB H570e • Jabra UC VOICE 150

Hard-wired Telephone and headset (required for Production/Servicing)

Plantronics S12 or similar recommended
